    If you have your eCard created and everyone has signed, you are ready to email it to your recipient. Once the Kudoboard is built, you will receive a custom link that points to the ecard.

    To find this link, log in to your account and go to your Dashboard. From there, you can click on the Kudoboard you are looking to send. Then find the eye icon in the upper right-hand corner of the board to change it to recipient view.

    Then, simply copy the board URL and paste it into an email. Enter in the recipient’s email address, write a quick subject line, add an intro message, and hit send. The board gets instantly delivered via email to your recipients email box.

    Scheduling Automated Delivery through Email

    Kudoboard also gives you the option to automate the delivery of your custom online greeting card by scheduling ahead of time. You can set it to automatically send the card on a specific day and time, or just set it to remind you to send it. 

    To get schedule your automated email delivery, log in to your account and head to your dashboard. Go to the board you want to send and click “View Board.” On the top right of the screen, you will see different icons. Find the paper airplane. This is the schedule delivery button.

    Next, you will fill in the recipient’s name, email, and an optional message. Then click “Schedule Delivery.” Now you will simply fill in the delivery date, time, time zone, and whether you want Kudoboard to automatically send the online greeting card at this time, or send you a reminder to send it.

    Now, click save changes and you are good to go!

    Navigate to Kudoboard, click “Create a Board” and choose the occasion you want. Then choose the card template that works the best for your needs.

    Follow the simple steps for customizing your board. Add your main message, and then write your unique post for the board. 

    1. Invite the Group to Post

    At this point, you can invite the team, friends, and family to post on your custom ecard. Once you have created the eCard, a link will be generated that you can send to those you want to contribute. This link can be sent through email, text, or Slack. The contributors will simply click on the link and add their posts. Online greeting cards have unlimited space so there is none of that trying to squeeze your message into limited space.
