Kudoboards user management aspect of your business or enterprise subscription helps to cultivate meaningful relationships throughout your company through groups. Create unlimited groups in minutes and use them to show employee recognition to different teams, as well as encourage participation in making their colleagues feel seen and valued. It is easy to tag individuals in posts and reach hundreds of employees in a matter of minutes. Kudoboard’s group feature, found in our business and enterprise plans, streamlines the process of tags, invitations, and deliveries involving multiple users.
To create a group, log into the account and click the “create a group” button. Enter the group name (sales team, marketing team, HR, etc.) and then the users you wish to add. Additional users can be added at any time.
Organizational admins in your subscription can access groups through the admin panel. Other registered users can access the groups through their accounts.
Managing users and groups in your Kudoboard subscription includes creating and editing groups, delivering group boards, inviting groups to participate in boards, and tagging groups in a board post.
Managing users and groups can be done by an organizational admin within the admin panel. All administrative settings, including appointing new org admins, must be done through the admin panel.
Organizational admins in your subscription can access groups through the admin panel. Other registered users can access the groups and teams they have been added to through their accounts.
The ability to create groups and teams comes with both the Business and Enterprise subscription plans, at no extra cost to you. The Business plan, our most popular subscription, includes everything in our Premium Package as well as things like unlimited boards, custom branding, added access controls, data export, embeddable content, and more – starting at $299 a year.
For larger companies with more than 500 colleagues, contact us about our Enterprise plan. This subscription is a customized plan and dedicated account management for larger enterprises with unique needs.
