Honoring Those Who Make a Difference with Kudoboard

Deena Baker closed out 2021 by celebrating her retirement after 25 years as a police officer with the Elyria Police Department. Her department created a group retirement card featuring kind messages from her colleagues, proud family, and grateful community members.

"It was truly great working with you on many things throughout the years that actually made a difference."

Brian

"You have always been an inspiration to me and make such a positive impact on those fortunate to cross your path. I look forward to what new adventures await for you."

Laura

"May you be proud of the work you have done, the person you are, and the difference you have made!"

Why is a Kudoboard a great way to celebrate retirement? ❤️

It’s a thoughtful and heartfelt way to acknowledge all they've accomplished and become! Learn more about our virtual group retirement cards here.

Because of COVID restrictions, friends, family, and colleagues were unable to celebrate Deena's retirement in person, but a virtual retirement card allowed Deena to connect with others (including her former police department in a different state!) no matter where they were.

What a great venue for so many occasions. Because of COVID we were unable to have a gathering and this allowed everyone a safe place to send well wishes. It also allowed those far away to participate. What a great keepsake! I plan to order it in book form. Thank you!

We're incredibly grateful for the brave women and men who put their lives on the line every day to keep us safe as they serve in police departments all over the world. Thank you for your service, Deena, and for letting us highlight your impressive retirement board! (Check out her full retirement collage here.)
