Deena Baker closed out 2021 by celebrating her retirement after 25 years as a police officer with the Elyria Police Department. Her department created a group retirement card featuring kind messages from her colleagues, proud family, and grateful community members.

Because of COVID restrictions, friends, family, and colleagues were unable to celebrate Deena’s retirement in person, but a virtual retirement card allowed Deena to connect with others (including her former police department in a different state!) no matter where they were.
What a great venue for so many occasions. Because of COVID we were unable to have a gathering and this allowed everyone a safe place to send well wishes. It also allowed those far away to participate. What a great keepsake! I plan to order it in book form. Thank you!
