Do I need to sign up?
No. You’re already in the program. Karma is counted automatically from the boards and eCards you send.
What are Culture Champions and Kudoboard Karma?
Culture Champions is Kudoboard’s program that recognizes and rewards the people building culture at their organizations. Kudoboard Karma is how we track your progress through its three levels: Appreciation Apprentice, Belonging Builder, and Culture Champion.
How is Karma counted?
You earn 5 Karma for each board or eCard you send, 1 for each contributor who posts on it, and 50 for each subscriber you refer. Your level is based on your all-time total.
How does Refer a Subscriber work?
Use our referral form to refer someone anytime. If someone you refer buys an annual Business, Pro, or Enterprise plan within 60 days of your referral, you earn 50 Karma and a $50 Amazon gift card.
If a purchaser is referred by multiple individuals, only the first referral will count, and the corresponding referrer will receive the incentive. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or refuse referral incentives based on our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate. All decisions regarding referral incentives will be final and at Kudoboard’s sole discretion.
How do I know my level?
Your level and Karma appear in your Culture Champions emails, and we’ll let you know when you reach a new level.
How do I get my perks?
When you reach a new level, we’ll email you your new badge and explain how to claim the rest of your perks. Exclusive backgrounds are coming soon, and we’ll let you know when they’re ready.
Do eCards count?
Yes. An eCard earns the same 5 Karma as a board, plus 1 for each contributor.
