The integration connects everyday recognition with milestone celebration, so the two work as one experience instead of two separate tools. It delivers:

• One login across both platforms. Employees move between Nectar and Kudoboard without managing separate accounts, and admins handle access in one place through single sign-on and HRIS integration.
• Kudoboard celebrations launched right from Nectar. When a moment worth celebrating comes up, you can create a collaborative Kudoboard without leaving Nectar. Ongoing recognition and milestone celebration finally live in the same place.

Joint customers purchase both through a single bundled subscription, and additional integration capabilities will roll out over time.
